Raiders freshmanPosted Wednesday, November 12, 2008, at 10:02 AM
The Raiders are 2-2 on the young after losing to John A. Logan and most recently Southeastern Illinois.
Marquise Carter is leading the Raiders throughout the first four games with an average of 21 points per game. Although he is a freshman, this is somewhat understandable because he was around as a redshirt last year and practiced with the team which allowed him to learn from "Big Time" Bryan Sherrer. Fellow freshman Aloysius Henry is averaging eight points per game and five rebounds while Josh Terry is averaging 10.3 points per game. Through the first four games, which freshman has been the biggest surprise? Who will become an impact player as the season goes along? Josh Terry is probably the biggest surprise. Seems to hustle all the time.
