Covering Charleston at Notre Dame LIVE (ND wins 69-61.)

Click the play button below to get live updates:

From earlier:

I'm going to head out to Notre Dame High School on Tuesday to catch the Charleston and Notre Dame boys basketball teams play.

Notre Dame defeated Charleston 64-60 in the third place game of the Southeast Missourian Christmas Tournament earlier this season. I always like to rematches between two good teams with good coaches.

As I (with some help) did at the Christmas tournament, I will be providing live updates via the poplar Cover It Live program.

(DISCLAIMER: Internet service and high school gyms do not mix well. I expect to have a solid connect on Tuesday night and I will arrive at ND early enough to try to work around any issues. Still, until I've visited a gym to cover a game live, there is a chance for some "technical difficulties." Please imagine me using air quotes while saying "technical difficulties." Just because.)

The module the updates will appear in is below. You can even set up an e-mail reminder for yourself. If you're heading out to another game tomorrow night, remember that you can follow the updates and send in comments with your iPhone. (And maybe other smartphones as well. Has anyone ever tried on another phone?)

For those of you who haven't joined us for a live event yet, you'll be able to see basically play-by-play updates throughout the game as well as a constantly updated scoreboard. Viewers can (and do) send in comments from the stands or from their couch or even from other games. I'll do my best to answer any and all questions sent in and keep you updated with scoring leaders, etc. if possible. Plus I'll drop in the occasional poll question to gauge viewer thoughts.

Feel free to get your prediction in now for this game.

Gosh Crader I will be at the gymnasium with the worst third worst cell phone service in Southeast Missouri - Bloomfield. The Cover It Live application works absolutely terrible on my cell phone in the Bloomfield gymnasium. The only gymnasiums I have found with worst cell phone service are Clearwater and Oran. I like Notre Dame in this game, but I will add I think both teams are very beatable.

Any chance we will see you in Richland on Thursday to Cover It Live with the fifth and sixth ranked teams in the state?

Are state rankings going to be released yet again tommorow night? Are they released weekly? I heard someone comment they are released weekly and it wasn't the Henry County fan so I'm kinda thinking it might be true.

We'll see about Thursday night, drawmules. It is a lot farther to drive and I'm not sure about service/internet connection. Obviously it would be a great game to see.

Anyone been to the Richland gym?

The state rankings will come out again tomorrow night. I'll do my best to have them posted promptly at 12:01 a.m.

I've been to the Richland gym Crader LOL

The cell phone service is good enough. Definitely a much farther drive. I'm unsure if you could get Internet service. I would definitely call ahead. Later Gator . . . I mean Crader.
