Scott City volleyball player Kati Blattel signed with University of Maine at Presque Isle on Monday.
Blattel was part of a Rams team that finished 7-24-2 this past season.
UMPI competes in Division III. The Owls went 5-27 this past season and lost in the first round of the conference tournament.
