Jackson's Olivia Hallet signs with John A. Logan College

Jackson volleyball outsider hitter Olivia Hallet recently signed with John A. Logan College.
Hallet had 387 kills and a .328 hitting percentage as a senior this past season. She added 226 digs, 47 aces and 18 blocks. Hallet was named the SEMO North Conference Player of the Year and helped the Indians claim their first-ever SEMO Conference Tournament title.
Jackson advanced to the Class 4 District 1 championship before falling to Farmington in a three-set thriller.
John A. Logan College is a community college located in Carterville, Illinois. The volleyball program has two top-1o finishes at the National Junior College Athletic Association National Tournament and has won three Great Rivers Athletic Conference championships and three Region 24 titles, according to the team website. Logan has also produced four NJCAA All-Americans.
