Kelly's Marissa Worth signs with Mineral Area College

Kelly senior catcher Marissa Worth recently signed to play softball at Mineral Area College.

Worth, who signed in January, hit .429 this past season with a .504 on-base percentage and a .752 slugging percentage. She drove in 39 runs and had eight home runs and 10 doubles. She earned Class 2 first team all-state honors and was a first team all-conference selection.

Worth was also a part of a Kelly team that finished fourth in Class 2 this fall. Earlier in January, Worth's teammate Alyssa Moore recently signed with East Central College.

Mineral Area College is located in Park Hills, Missouri. They were the Region 16 champions in 2016.
