Jackson's Tyler Martin signs with St. Louis Community College on Wednesday (submitted).
Jackson senior pitcher Tyler Martin will play baseball at St. Louis Community College.
The 2018 All-Missourian Baseball Player of the Year and SEMO Conference Pitcher of the Year set school records last year with nine wins and a 0.77 ERA. He had 50 strikeouts to 11 walks and tossed two no-hitters.
He pitched a shutout in Jackson's 1-0 sectional win over Lindbergh as the Indians advanced to the quarterfinal for the first time since 2015.
St. Louis Community College went 27-26 last season.
