Time to make my picks in Week 5 of Take on Toby

I have delayed long enough on making my selections for Week 5 of the high school football season -- and SEMO, too.
First, the corrected updated standings on the season so far:
Without further delay:
Chaffee over Scott City. I am expecting a score similar to last year's 21-19 Chaffee win. The Rams have lost two in a row after opening with two wins, and the defense has given up 35 points in each of those losses against solid running teams. Chaffee has had offensive balance. 26-21. (Massey Ratings says Scott City 21-14.)
Fredericktown over East Prairie. The Eagles take on a second straight Class 3 team in the battle between the two teams that have pinned losses on Scott City. 42-20. (Massey says 33-12).
Hayti over Charleston. The Bluejays' tough schedule continues, but it could pay off for Charleston come district time. 33-20. (Massey says 31-16.)
Dexter over Malden. The winless Bearcats will try to take a win against the smaller school. (Massey says 26-14.)
Kennett over Portageville. The Indians' air attack will be a handful for winless Portageville. (Massey says 39-11.)
New Madrid County over Caruthersville. Winless Caruthersville has played a lot of close games, while New Madrid showed signs of getting into form with last week's 39-0 win against Charleston. NMCC 35-19. (Massey says 40-13.)
Sikeston over Cape Central. This should be an offensive showcase, especially as the host Bulldogs try to get over the .500 mark. Sikeston 49-35. (Massey predicts a tight 31-30 win for Sikeston.)
Hazelwood Central over Jackson. The Indians take on another tough team from St. Louis in preparation for district play. They won their opener at home last week and should be able to keep this one tight, perhaps even pulling off a win that could make a statement. (Massey predicts a 22-14 Hazelwood Central win.)
North County over Poplar Bluff. The Mules still aren't at full strength, and while I like they could be the best team in this corner of the state, the Southeast Missouri region hasn't fared well against the Mineral Area yet this season. 28-18. (Massey predicts a 26-21 Poplar Bluff win.)
St. Vincent over St. Pius. Could be what helps the Indians end a three-game losing streak, while a repeat of last year's loss to the Lancers might keep St. Vincent from reaching .500 for the second straight season. (Massey predicts 25-12 St. Vincent).
Potosi over Perryville. As mentioned before, the Mineral Area's teams are having the better of Southeast Missouri's, especially in Class 3. (Massey says Potosi 28-11.)
Saturday
SEMO over Indiana State. Not since the October 2005 win against Murray State have the Redhawks met a scholarship I-AA team and pounced on them with a convincing victory. This could be the day, although a loss in the Sycamores' home opener wouldn't be too surprising either.
