Volleyball updates

For those yearning for some sectional volleyball updates, here's what we've got so far. We'll update them as the day goes on...

Class 4

Cor Jesu knocked off Jackson 25-8, 25-15 in the sectional round.

Class 3

Notre Dame is headed to the final four. The Bulldogs knocked off De Soto in two games then took care of Rosati-Kain in the quarters.

Class 2

St. Vincent knocked off Liberty Mountain View to reach the quarterfinals. Game scores were 22-25, 25-21, 25-23.

Scott City creamed Senath-Hornersville 25-7, 25-8 to reach the quarters.

St. Vincent and Scott City now will square off to go to the final four.

Scott City is on its way back to the final four after a 25-7, 25-8 victory over St. Vincent in the quarterfinals.

Class 1

Lesterville knocked out both local teams, first taking care of Leopold in three games then Bell City in three.
