Hayti's Moore an All-American

Missouri junior safty William Moore of Hayti was named to the AP All-America second team.

Also on the team from Mizzou, TE Martin Rucker (first team), all-purpose player Jeremy Maclin (first team), QB Chase Daniel (second team) and C Adam Spieker (third team).

I think that is awesome. All of SEMO should be proud of this kids accomplishment. Congrats William Moore!!!!

Great job by a local product. He had a great year. We may be seeing him play on Sundays.

I'll be surprised if we don't. NFL scouts already love him. He's quick, physical, and consistently makes big plays.

I think Moore and Pig Brown were our best safety tandem since Roger Wehrli and Dennis Poppe in '68. You could argue that they were our best ever.

Good for him! hes a good, hard,all out player.I know he will be in the NFL soon.I hope its St louis or Kansas City.

William is awesome. Not knocking Jimmy Jackson, but I think William should have won the Carr trophy back in the day, but I don't get to vote.:)
