PB's Kirk Chronister wins No. 700

Poplar Bluff girls basketball coach Kirk Chronister picked up win No. 700 Monday night as the Lady Mules beat Notre Dame 41-35 at Peters Gym.

Chronister is second all-time to Herb Webster of Kearney in wins. In his 36th season coaching the Lady Mules, Chronister is now 700-253.

Webster started his 45th season as a coach with 721 wins.

Congratulations to him.

He has developed a strong program and is producing some outstanding young citizens.

He gets the most from his teams with hard work and defense.
