Austin paper: Russell staying at UT

The Austin American-Statesman says on its website that Texas outfielder Kyle Russell, a young slugger drafted by the Cardinals in the fourth round in this year's draft, is definitely coming back for his junior season.

"You'll have to see my lanky (rear end) for another year," he said.

Today is the deadline for getting draftees under contract.
