Noticed the congratulation sign at Scott Central says "1A" state champions. I think it was changed to Class 1 eight years ago from the "A" designations. I could be wrong about the timeline, but I think someone needs to tell them it's not "1A" anymore. But regardless, they have a fine basketball team.

I still say 4A in football....some of us old so and so's will always be , well, old...

I'm not old. But it's hard for me to not say it with the "A" included. Back when I was a boy we had an "A" in it. I am old-school when it comes to sports and education. My favorite educators were always the ones that did things old-school.
I'll admit, I still want to say Colts after saying Baltimore when talking about football, but I would never print it on a sign. I know, old habits die hard.
