I think it is to crazy right now with everone beating everyone for there to be a non-disputable top 10 or even top 15. But everyone has an opinion so what would you put for your top 5 or 10?

It's not unfair to combine large and small schools but if you rank them all together that would put oran around 8 IMO and that ranking isn't justice as to how good they are.
1) Kennett
2) Notre Dame
3) Sikeston
4) Jackson
5) Cape Central
small school i would say
1) Valle
2) Oran
3) Twin Rivers
4) Chaffee
5) Clearwater
Believe it or not, I think I entirely agree with your top 5 in large and small. I would consider moving Clearwater up a few (see Valle thread for Clearwater discussion) but once they've played a few of their tougher upcoming games we'll see more surely where they should be.
As for large school top 5, I think Kennett should be tops at #1 despite ND beating them.
ND is about right at 2, but I could see ANY combination of Sikeston, Jackson and Cape Central at 3, 4 and 5. Big win for Cape Central the other day....Well, strike that, HUGE win for them. And Perryville at 8-3 with a nice win over Festus should get strong consideration but probably just outside the top 5, I'll put them at "others receiving votes."
