first of all, thanx to my daughter for subbing while I was gone and relaying my texts. before I get to Sikeston, I would like to congratulate Caruthersville on a fantastic season. from all indications, it was a great game and much closer than the final score. same goes to Dexter but they were simply outmatched but a great season nonetheless. as for Valle, knock em dead kids....Congrats!!

Sikeston vs Roosevelt....theres a little video highlight of the game here.

admittedly, I was leary going into this game but the Bulldogs put on quite an impressive display on both sides of the ball. so much that they were able to rest the starters in the second half. kudos to Gibbs for his sportsmanship and looking ahead to next weekend. I hate to say this but honestly in the second half, the Roosevelt kids just looked like they were ready to get the game over with. it was cold and windy, my wife got sick but she stuck it out....she's a real trooper!! nice goin' Bulldogs. stay grounded, stay focused.

Overall stats for Warrenton

no matter what one might think of Warrenton, the Bulldogs should prepare for the toughest possible test from the Warriors and I believe Gibbs will do a great job of keeping them focused on the task at hand. this is good team we have...no doubt.

a little info on the Webb City game (no, I'm not looking ahead :)

  • Congrats to the Bulldogs! Another great job by the players and coaches. Also kudos to the Sikeston fans, we continue to show up in large numbers and I know the team appreciates it very much.
