This score could have been much worse, Caruthersville passed alot on 1st and 2nd down tonight, trying to get the QB some repetitions in before the game next week, we had 2-3 drives die out because of that. I do not blame the coaching staff one bit though we have proven that we can run the ball effectively but once you get to those good run defense teams you are gonna have to air it out. Grissom has the size and potential to be a good dual threat QB, its his first year at QB along with all brand new receivers. We had the secondary beat on many occasions tonight but the ball was overthrown a few times. If anyone has an update on the injured Kennett player please pass it along, hope all goes well for him.

I think the Kennett QB is a tough player but his 19-35 looks a lot better than what it really was. All he was really doing was throwing the ball 2 yards on a quick pass alternating sides on each play. He had one good throw and that was the TD throw. He had a few receivers open on several occasions but just overthrew them by 10+ yards. He's a gamer don't get me wrong but his stats look better than what they really were. After last night though I learned one thing, Do not try and tackle Darrell Monroe up top! You will get ran over.... HARD!!!
