Have they got the personel for a spread offense and do they have any linemen this year?

Recent stabs at the spread offense didn't go so well, obviously. Pretty much all Jackson has ever known is smash mouth football and they take great pride in that (rightfully so) so it's a cultural thing as well and with the fans. Tough to change that without instant positive results and winning. Whether it was an issue of personnel, coaching the spread, patience in the process, etc. issue it's hard to say but it didn't seem like they ever really fully committed to it.

Well, luckily for Jackson they now have a coach in Eckley that doesn't "take a stab" at the spread, he knows it as well as anyone. I think he's going to utilize the weapons Jackson has very well. May be surprised.

You Central boys are coming out of nowhere this year. This is the most posting I've seen from Cape Central in a year or so.. Expectations must be very high in Cape.
