When is the offical day that fall sports teams can start their practices

I was wondering if anyone knew when the schools that have fall sports teams could start their practices?


Replies

Legal date is Aug 6. Many teams have done a lot of practice in the gyms or on the field already.As long as they haven't met over 25 times, they are within the boundary.
