Kennett played pretty well again...but Confluence Prep not a very good indicator. They had some athletes but seemed unorganized and it was obvious that they haven't played much football. Kennett 2-0, first time in a long time. Cville comes calling next Friday.

Yes Nelson is done for the season with a knee injury.

Yes, Nelson out with knee injury. Having surgery soon. Probably miss at least half of basketball season too. Shame.

Heath played well for first varsity start, several nice touchdown passes and some nice runs! Made some good decisions under pressure a few times. I think he will do a fine job and add some stability at quarterback , stepped up to the call for a sophmore. I agree withBball79 on his view of the game, a good confidence builder but still lots of work to do for kennett but pixley has it going in the right direction.

He is fine. Played Saturday against Confluence, and he even caught a TD pass Saturday.
