Three semoball schools survived the first week of the state soccer playoffs.
St. Vincent, Notre Dame and Jackson took home district championship plaques last week.
Here is this week's state playoff schedule:
Class 1: St. Vincent vs. St. Elizabeth on Field #1 of the Anheuser-Busch Center in Fenton (Thursday, 5 p.m.)
Class 2: Notre Dame (Cape Girardeau) vs. Notre Dame (St. Louis) in Hillsboro (Thursday, 6 p.m.)
Class 3: Jackson vs. Pattonville on Field #1 of the Anheuser-Busch Center in Fenton (Tuesday, 5 p.m.)
Post score updates and talk about the state soccer playoffs on this thread. I've never attended a soccer game. However, this will likely change in the near future if I remain in Southeast Missouri.

I think St. Vincent wins, ND (Cape) loses to ND St Louis, and Pattonville squeaks by Jackson.

I think St. Vincent wins without trouble, ND St. Louis wins 3-1, and Pattonville wins 4-2. I really like St. Vincent's chances for a repeat title.

Notre Dame-Cape is about to take on Notre Dame-St. Louis. I'll give updates as often as I can.
At last check St. Vincent led it's quarterfinal 5-0 at the half.

Sv slow start but eventually cruised to an 8-0 victory. will play Semi-final against Springfield Catholic who beat Southern boone county 4-0. Should be most contested game on the quest for back 2 back champs. Game time is noon on june 4 at AB soccer complex in fenton
