I think he should be first ballot Hall of Fame. The guy made the All Century team a while back, and he wasnt even 30 yet. He was an amazing player and if not for injuries he is probably the home run king today, and not to mention he is probably one of the Top 5 or 6 defensive centerfielders of all time.

And he did it all without being juiced up like those other hitters of his era.

The Seattle Mariners have announced Ken Griffey Jr. is retiring. The retirement is effective immediately.
Griffey is one of the greatest home run hitters in the history of the game. He currently ranks fifth on the career home run list with 630.
Many of the greatest home run hitters Griffey played with have not been voted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
Some experts predict Griffey will be voted into the Hall of Fame even though he played during the steroid era.
Any thoughts on Griffey's retirement or his chances of being voted into the Hall of Fame?
