Cooter senior Riley Hickerson was announced as the Tri-County Conference Player of the Year Thursday during the release of its all-conference baseball teams. Hickerson, who has signed his letter of intent to play baseball at Three Rivers College, led the Wildcats to a 20-6 regular season record with a .398 batting average, 20 RBIs, 33 hits, 12 doubles and one home run.
