Semoball to offer full coverage

The Semoball Web site took high school basketball coverage to a higher level last winter during the Southeast Missourian Christmas Tournament, providing recaps of each game with video and photo galleries.

Readers can count on even more this year.

Semoball will deliver the live, wall-to-wall coverage from the Show Me Center all four days of the tournament with game stories, video highlights, photo galleries, a bracket updated throughout the tournament and behind-the-scene interviews. Also, look for live blogs with analysis beyond the game stories.

In addition, Semoball for the first time will run a pick-em contest, giving fans a chance to take part in the tournament fun by showing off their ability to predict the tournament winners.

Good luck, because this year's event should be just as unpredictable as last year, when Class 1 Bell City knocked off Class 5 Jackson in the tournament title game.
