Chelsea Lane and the Naylor Lady Eagles couldn't have gotten off to a better start this spring than a 15-0 win Monday over Risco.
Lane pitched a perfect game for the Lady Eagles, striking out 10 hitters in four innings.
Courtney Sullivan picked up a pair of hits and scored three times for the Lady Eagles. She was one of several players who contributed offensively for Naylor.
"It was really important for her to get her confidence up and get a win under her belt " Naylor coach Gene Deckard said
Next up for the Lady Eagles is a key conference game with Twin Rivers on Thursday.

Mason Noe scored three runs and Ben Mills and David Hessling each added a pair as the Bearcats built an 8-0 lead in the first three innings.
Eric Windham struck out four and walked four while keeping the Camels off the scoreboard in two innings of work. Four Bearcat relievers combined to allow two runs on four hits the rest of the .
"This was the first time way for our pitchers to see live action on a mound," Dexter coach Brian Becker said. "We did a good job of throwing strikes."
The Bearcats got their runs on only eight hits but spread the production around as six players picked up a hit.

Ryan McGee hit a bases-clearing double with two outs in the third for the Green Wave, who later got out of a bases-loaded jam in the fourth with a double play.
Cody Berrong led Doniphan past Kennett and Poplar Bluff's JV team Monday at Ozark Ridge Golf Course.
Berron tied Poplar Bluff's Cameron West for medalist honors with a nine-hole total of 43.
The Dons edged the Mules 181-187 while Kennett finished at 194.
Taylor Price shot a 46 for Poplar Bluff while Kyle Brooks (47) and Jonah Brown (48) also scored for the Mules. Tyler Shulse and Alex Riffle each shot rounds of 53. J Darby Smothers (53), Logan Kennedy (53) Alex Johnson (54) and Ethan Swingle (59) also competed for Poplar Bluff, which opens the varsity season Monday.
