District: Class 2 District 1 at Hayti (Cooter, Holcomb, Neelyville, Portageville, Senath, South Pemiscot)

Key Returners: Justin Fowler, Joe Campbell, Zac Jackson

Overview: The Camels are looking to have a solid season this year after losing to Portageville in the district tournament title game last season.

The Camels will play without Andrew Pearson outside and Cale Weeks down low as both players graduated last season.

Justin Fowler provided a good swingman presence at 6-4 as he can shoot the 3-pointer and also make things happen around the basket. Joe Campbell returns at the point guard position after handling the majority of the point guard duties his sophomore season.

"Justin and Joe contribute quite a bit," Fowler said. "We have several other guys that will help us and play important roles."

The Camels have options in the post as Tyler Deen is 6-2 and fellow senior Derek Grubbs is 6-0. Zach Jackson is 5-11 and Eric Holloway provides some versatility at 5-9.
