The 6-foot-6, 265-pound Mitch Yant will add size to Southeast Missouri State's offensive line ranks, something coach Tom Matukewicz has made a priority.

The senior started as an offensive linemen in his final two seasons at St. John Vianney High School in St. Louis, and played on back-to-back district runner-up teams during that time, losing to Jackson in both title games. Vianney finished with a record of 7-5 in his senior season.
