Updated: Southeast football signees

National Signing Day has arrived and Southeast Missouri State's football team has already added several players.

You can read more about several recruits from Southeast coach Tom Matukewicz's first recruiting class here and about Caruthersville's Darrell Monroe.

We will have more updates throughout the day, but these are the players that have already signed:

Connor Alexander: Tight end from Olathe East High School in Olathe, Kan.

Hunter Bledsoe: Linebacker from Briarcrest High School in Eads, Tenn.

Keari Brown: Wide receiver from West Memphis High School in West Memphis, Ark.

Demontrail Clark: from Charleston High School

Anthony Cooper: Quarterback from Kickapoo High School in Springfield, Mo.

Kendall Donnerson: Defensive end from Maumelle High School in Maumelle, Ar.

Richie Eisenhart: Wide receiver from Francis Howell High School in St. Charles, Mo.

Tyler Fallert: Running back from Valle Catholic High School in Ste. Genevieve, Mo.

Brad Ivey: Linebacker from Bishop Miege High School in Shawnee, Kans.

Josh Kinzer: Safety from Owasso High School in Owasso, Okla.

Demetrius Luster: Wide Receiver from Hayti High School

Craig Mackey: Cornerback from Rickards High School in Tallahassee, Fla.

Gavin McCrary: Tight end from Houston High School in Germantown, Tenn.

Nick Michel: Offensive lineman from Poplar Bluff High School

Quentin Michel: Offensive lineman from Poplar Bluff High School

Darrell Monroe: Running back from Caruthersville High School

Griffin Pickler: Quarterback from Colleyville Heritage High School in Colleyville, Texas

Colten Proffer: Running back from Jackson High School

CJ Stafford: Kicker from Houston High School in Collierville, Tenn.

Zach Stagner: Long snapper from Central High School

Jeff Teel: Tight end from Bartlett High School in Bartlett, Tenn.

Luther Wright: Offensive lineman from East St. Louis High School in East St. Louis, Ill.

Erin, have you heard anything about Dexter's DJ Dowdy signing as a WR with SEMO?

We checked on Dowdy, Preacher Man Fan. He hasn't decided on a college or a sport yet.

i don't think dowdy is anywhere near good enough to play wr at semo.

Well evidently the coaching staff at SEMO doesn't agree with you myershallred or they wouldn't be interested in him.

Myershallred- I have to disagree with you,last year was DJ's first year ever to play WR,if I remember right he played 7 games at WR and caught 30 passes for almost 800 yards. The other 3 games he filled in at QB for Payton Pollock who was injured. The way DJ competes there's no doubt in my mind he could play at semo. Just my opinion.

DJ Dowdy is a competitive son of a gun. He's not very big right now, but the weight room can take care of that. I could see him as the type of kid that overachieved if he could develop.
