The Redhawks, who are 2-3 on the season and 2-0 in OVC play, enter the game after knocking off then-No. 13 Eastern Illinois in last week's game at Houck Stadium. Southeast's defense held the Panthers to only one touchdown, while junior quarterback Jesse Hosket played a part in all three of the Redhawks' touchdowns. The play-action pass proved to be a huge factor in the Redhawks' win over EIU. Southeast, which had two players earn OVC weekly honors following last week's victory, has been getting stellar play from its defense, particularly in the red zone. Read more about it here.
