Dexter saw its eight-year district championship run snap, on Thursday, after a 44-40 overtime loss to Notre Dame, in the Class 4, District 1 championship game. No. 1 Sikeston's season came to a sudden end on Thursday night, as the undefeated Bulldogs fell to Cape Central 68-59 in the Class 4, District 1 championship game.
