Perryville Youth Football: Scott Elder scoreboard dedication

A scoreboard was dedicated in the name of former Perryville Youth Football League coach Scott Elder Saturday at Perryville Park in Perryville, Mo. Elder, a lifelong Perryville resident, tragically passed away from cancer in December of 2011.
