Cape Aquatic Center reopening

The Central Municipal Pool, now named the Cape Aquatic Center, held a reopening ceremony Friday with city of Cape Girardeau officials, leaders of the Cape Girardeau swimming community, as well as 3-time Olympic Gold Medalist Rowdy Gaines.
