The 2024 SEMO Conference Girls Volleyball Tournament was held on October 3 at the Cape Girardeau Sportsplex in Cape Girardeau, Mo. The Jackson Indians defeated the Dexter Bearcats in the championship to win their sixth-consecutive title.
